Privr Billing Policies

Privr does not process or store your payment information; all payments are processed via our trusted third-party processor.

All personally identifiable information, including your payment method is transmitted, stored and processed directly with payment gateway during the payment process, not with Privr.

Purchases, transactions or service subscriptions -- as made available on Privr.com -- are discreetly billed on your bank or credit card statement. Users are responsible for maintaining their account and settings via your My Account page.

You are advised that Privr may use remedial efforts to recover payments incurred for services accessed, which are charged back. If you dispute charges incurred or are unable to resolve a billing issue, you are advised to contact Privr to make a determination, that they feel in their discretion, is in the best interest of Privr.

Cancellation Policy

Pricing and service terms are as published. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations will be processed immediately, although access may continue until the end of the applicable billing cycle.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds, proration, or credits for cancellations received during a billing cycle for unused days of the applicable service subscription term.

Misuse of the Payment or Billing process shall constitute a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.
